Olingal services

Olingal at https://www.olingal.com provides a browser extension and website for language learning, translation, AI writing, vocabulary dictionaries, learning records and mindmaps.

Accounts and content

Keep your account credentials secure. Submit only text and other content that you are permitted to use. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for checking generated translations or writing before relying on them. AI results can be inaccurate and are not a guarantee of correctness.

Plans and billing

Available features, dictionary limits and credits depend on your plan. The pricing page shows plan prices. A paid subscription is available only when checkout is enabled and the checkout page shows its actual total, currency and billing interval. Do not treat approximate historical marketing prices as a checkout quote.

New purchases are processed only through Creem. Subscriptions purchased through Creem are managed in its billing portal. Existing account, credit and historical payment records are retained for account support and reconciliation. Historical records do not by themselves establish a current Creem subscription. Use your account's billing management or contact support for subscription, cancellation or billing questions.

Service availability

Translation and AI features depend on the selected providers and may be temporarily unavailable. A feature shown in a plan is not a promise that every provider is continuously available.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Olingal Terms and applies to the website and browser extension, including AI writing, translation, dictionaries and other learning features. It covers prompts, source text and other content you submit or import, content you ask Olingal to generate, translate or rewrite, and how you use or share the results.

Prohibited content and uses

You must not submit, request, generate or use content through Olingal for any of the following:

Illegal activity or instructions that facilitate crime, fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, malware or unauthorized access to systems.
Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexual content involving minors, pornography, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.
Threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or hateful content that attacks or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
Promotion of terrorism or violent extremism; encouragement of suicide or self-harm; or actionable instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Do not submit protected material unless you have the rights, permission or another lawful basis to use it.
Disclosure or misuse of personal, confidential or sensitive information without authorization or another lawful basis, including passwords, access credentials and private financial or health information.
Deceptive impersonation, fabricated reviews or evidence, spam, or content intended to mislead others about its source, identity or authenticity.
Academic cheating, including submitting generated work as your own where assistance is prohibited or disclosure is required.
Attempts to bypass provider safety restrictions, access controls, usage limits or security measures, or to disrupt or abuse the service.

Your responsibilities

Use Olingal for lawful learning, translation and writing. You are responsible for having the right to submit your content and for how you use the results. Check AI output for accuracy and suitability before sharing or relying on it. Do not use translation or rewriting to evade this policy.

Enforcement and reporting

For violations of this policy, Olingal may refuse a request, restrict or remove content within its control, or suspend or terminate access, as permitted by applicable law. These rules do not mean that every input or output is reviewed or that AI results are guaranteed to be safe or accurate.
